Great video! It sounds like you really enjoyed your time at a community mental health facility. I think it's important what you mentioned about mental health diagnoses; even if we are not working in at CMH site, we will likely come in contact with many individuals with these diagnoses throughout our OT career. It's relevant for us to be prepared and aware no matter the setting. Enjoy your summer!!
Virgina, I think it's great you were able to work so closely to a level 2 student to really maximize your time at greenhouse. There are a lot of opportunities to do real OT and influence lives for the better. I hope you have a great summer and see you back on campus soon!
Virginia, it was great to hear about your mental health rotation. My first level 2 rotation is going to be in mental health. I find mental heath to be very unique and interesting. I think it's awesome that you had an open minded level 2 student to look up to. I'd would love to help you bring some of those organizations to Memphis. Awesome job Virginia.
